Abstract
For the purpose of improvement of quality of delivery of health care to women with infertility at Ministry of Health of Chelyabinsk region the Commission on selection and the direction of patients in the medical organizations for carrying out treatment works with use of auxiliary reproductive technologies at the expense of means of regional and federal budgets. In the work the Commission considers indications, contraindications and restrictions to application of extracorporal fertilization, exercises control of sequence of receiving medical care and efficiency of treatment.
